Colour changing round mist lamp

Hi all,

Anyone got this lamp? I cant get it 2 work Ive put it all together, as per the instructions. No mist comes out, & the colour changing thing don't work either!! I don't think it is faulty though. I will say however that in the instructions it does say that u have to get it built a certain way otherwise It wont work. I would appreciate if anyone could give me any advice, that have this lamp.

i brought one from comet do not work as well no mist and the wire is lose as well
