I have now realised that QVC and myself inhabit totally different planets.

Browsing the Dreamkeeper clearance, and I think the word 'clearance' must have a different meaning across the pond than here in the UK. I really don't consider CLEARANCE to mean a few quid off and the item still to cost over £100 !!!!! Dear lord, if an item isn't selling at £122 then slash it to half, not offer it in 'clearance' for £111 !!!!! or £114 to £104.

Admittedly there are a few heavy reductions, but in the main its £10 or £15 off.

In years gone by, Dreamkeeper produced some beautiful pieces, with a 20's feel about them, sadly now its all about overpriced 'burn out' shawls and wraps in dark colours, or cheap looking OTT sequinned offerings that aren't worth the money.

I don't bother looking at the clearance anymore.Actually I don't bother with the new website at all now.

The clearance section used to be one my visits on the old site - regularly.I used to be quite excited if new stuff had come into clearance!!! *sad!!*

The last time I looked on the new website,it looked pennies off and all the same stuff!!

Hmm yes, but Dreamkeeper is connected to Kirks Folly and they have to charge stupid prices. How on earth else are they going to upkeep that fabulous house they keep showing as Jenniefer Kirk's abode.

There are very few bargains of any kind on Q these days. Whilst high street shops are slashing their prices, holding several sales per year and trying to undercut each other, Q seems to be moving in the opposite direction. I know people like the easy pay and the 30 day mbg but I`m never that desperate for anything that I`ll pay through the nose and with p and p charges on top.
