Your description of her reminds me of when, about 30 years ago, I decided to try the cambridge diet to lose a bit of weight a couple of months before we went on holiday. When I saw the 'counsellor' aka saleswoman, I very nearly swallowed me tonsils: she must have weighed 20 stones and could hardly drag herself along. I never did try the diet
