I've just watched a recording of claire with item 585966 xmas surprise she is saing that to get the free p&p you have to order in that hour, however I have just ordered outside the hour and got the free p&p.... I hope QVC honour this and dont charge me an extra5.45:54:

I have ordered on time onlys a whole day after they have been on if they are still on the web at this price and have had no problems. Sometimes they take a while to update their systems - which is good for us.
