After reading your post I had a look at the launch & found their glib comments infuriating so I contacted CS & was told that they would pass on my concerns so that this wouldn't be repeated. Well a few hours later there's old Kathy Tayler waxing lyrical about her granddaughter who has a little tent at KT's home & wouldn't these look lovely draped around it..."Put them on your child's bike on Christmas morning" suggests Gill Gauntlett, not to be outdone in the 'How many ways to injure a child' contest, so back on the phone I go & spoke to someone with far more about her who agreed that these were awful suggestions. Moronic doesn't begin to describe these people.

The lack of communication between the call centre and the studio is appalling. There is simply no excuse for it. (It's not exactly abundant between the call centre and the warehouse either.)
