According to Chloe "there are hundreds, if not thousands" working at Chiswick.

Considering they have Warehousing and CS elsewhere in the country and they are only a dozen or do presenters and nowadays the studio floor is only manned by the bare minimum, so what in gods name are the rest doing.

Perhaps if they would set some of them to sorting out the sold out items which they insist on showing before saying "no we don't have the blue, or us it the yellow we don't have, no it is actually the red we have no stock of". And my all time hate, "what are we calling this"

And I'm sure the rest of you could find plenty of wee jobs for them.

They could also sort out what the colours are called to avoid the "so this one that's mainly green is the black and white multi" type conversation.
