I know a few people on here have emailed him, would you let me know is address please?

Tired of having to chase up refunds on outward postage for items I've returned under DSR despite notifying them via email before hand. 3rd time in as many weeks that this has happened. Not good enough.

These days you shouldn't need to email about your DSR cancelled return, it should happen automatically if it's returned unused within 14 days of receipt (at least that's what I thought the new rules meant, I may have misread them).
