Bought some Yankee candles on the website during a live presentation, clicked on buy all tab sale went through. Checked my bank account a few days later and the 25% discount had not been applied. Makes me wonder how many other people have been caught out this way ? Rang customer services and got my money back but left with the feeling that they had tried to con me, won't be buying anything else from them.

i hope it wasnt those rip off small home inspiration jars they did as they were vastly over priced as most supermarkets you could of got the medium versions for the same price
Yes they were, worked out at £6 each, didn't seem to much for Yankee candles, got to admit that I've never looked at candles in a supermarket! The main point of the thread though is the attempt to rip me off by not applying the buy all discount when purchasing through the website,

But surely you checked the final price at the checkout, before committing to pay? If you ordered all and put it in the basket, it should show the buy all price with discount applied automatically, or need to apply a discount code for it.
If it was still showing the full price without the buy all discount price then you don't confirm payment with CC, etc.

yankee candle home inspirations is a range yankee made just for supermarkets so its lower in quality in every sense yet supermarkets usually over charge for them the medium versions of the ones you got were at the time £8.50 in sainsburys as i saw them just a few days before & the small ones were like £3 on the same offer but id complain to them that the discount never applied & that
