Had the kipling bag and the B&W panda pin in my cart online - gave up after upteen times of the blank screen coming up! Phoned order through - QVC answered straight away and items ordered.

I was tempted, but some of the sizes sounded quite small and there was no picture to see online. Had it had PCMC in it, then I probably would have!
