Strangely, I can’t find anything about the 1000 points event starting tomorrow via Google or by searching on boots.com itself. Usually, there’s a mention on MSE or HotUKDeals, etc. It’s not in my app with other offers either. When I click on the email, sometimes it takes me to a page about it (as below) which suggests it is a general thing - not just me and a few invited others - but sometimes it takes me to a page about misc offers and gifts (maybe they are working on the site?). If there’s a non-busy store assistant in Boots later, I will ask if they know anything about it.
Oh, and the extra in-store celebration they mention in the email is only at the below. I didn’t think the 1000 points and “parties” were necessarily linked.
Aw, what a shame, MrM. Maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned the £10 of points deal (at least that is now confirmed so I didn’t lead people on about something that was not going to happen). Online, it does say for the BB set “Stock coming soon” but do they always just say that and it often doesn't come?

Sadly yes…. There was a really cheap LE gift set saying that for months… you might be lucky but I think the star gifts are only at that price for a week or so….

Yes, I put my postcode in to check availability earlier and it didn’t even come up with a suggestion 50 miles away. And I’m outer London so there must be hundreds of Boots stores within that radius. I bet some people have bought a few to flog on eBay at twice the price (none listed yet, though).
