This gets good reviews - particularly as a jacket for walking the dog. Now I understand that clothing can be suited to occasions in QVC world - Michelle Hope for going on a cruise, Carole Hochman for answering the door to the postman, Emu boots for the school run etc etc. But do dog owners find that they require a jacket that's designed for the purpose of walking their pet?
