Bid £11 birthday megadeals

I've just looked at the T'c & C's and it says they may bar people who get more than 1 £10 megadeal, That seems unfair as most of the megadeals sell for that price or lower usually anyway, There are the odd exceptions as always but quite a lot of these megadeals are then non stop drops, So does that mean they may bar you if you get something for £10 on a megadeal but if it sells for less than £10 then your okl?
