When I saw TJC were selling on Ebay I thought I'd give it a go. I bid on and won 20 items. Only everyday stuff, but quite fun.
I waited ages for their arrival. I finally contacted them 16 days after the auctions had finished and was sent a message saying that every item,
including a Bead Making Kit, had "failed the Quality Control Process" I'm absolutely furious. How can all 20 items fail. I'm not convinced they ever had them in the first place, they were probably more of their "phantom" items. They refunded the money via Paypal, but that is not the point. Why is it so difficult for them to locate the item within their stockroom and examine it before they put in on Ebay. It's not like they are selling hundreds of items via Ebay. That way they avoid 20 negative feedbacks and I am not left angry and disappointed.I have a bad feeling that the 6 items I won about 10 days ago are also going to suffer the same fate....
