How to use:
Step 1: Pre-Stain Remover

• Apply stain remover and scrub upper and lower teeth using the swab

Step 2: LED Light

• Remove film and insert batteries to prepare LED light

Step 3: Whitening Agent

• Dispense 0.5ml of whitening gel onto the inside front section of the upper arch of tray
• Repeat procedure for lower arch

Step 4: The Treatment

• Attach LED light to tray
• Insert tray onto upper and lower arches of teeth
• Turn on the LED and leave for 15 - 20 minutes
• Remove and wash tray for later use
• Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes
• Repeat this process for both upper and lower teeth once a day for 10 days or until desired shade of white is achieved
