Are they reliable?

Hi all, after many years of ignoring TJC because of my QVC addiction :cheeky: I started watching on the web. OK, bought a couple of things. My very first order had an item missing. I rang up and they said, without much info or questioning, that they would resend the item. Just wondering what other folks experiences with them have been, am I in for a hassle trying to get this sorted? :mysmilie_10:

Sorry, can I also ask: do their prices fluctuate daily? Looked at a watch on the website yesterday and it was £99.99, today it is £129.99!

Hi concordia, these days I only buy from TJC. I have had mixed fortunes with my purchases. But all in all I have found the quality to be very good for the price.

And yes, I have noticed that the prices are sometimes inconsistent. I've spotted the same item selling for different prices across the web catalogue, falling auction and telly auctions.
