Description
Tie-waist wrap style dress from Antthony Designs. Features a ruffled V-neckline, a wrap-around front, cropped sleeves and an elasticated waistband with a self-tie belt. Flattering and feminine, this prettily ruffled dress is a must-have.

I posted the same on the TSV thread but it'll be easier to find in its own thread SS, can't say I'm tempted...even though I'm short I'd still rather have a dress cover my knees, and the frill wouldn't look good on me. It's another Hilda Ogden pinny (see recent thread about pinnies) IMHO.
