He knows that the wheels may be about to fall off the Sit-up bandwagon so he's probably covering his reputation via social media in preparation for his next job. Of course he's the best presenter on the channels when it comes to being honest, which is somewhat mysterious in itself compared to the trend of bad behaviour at Sit-up, therefore he presumably felt that he had to do something like this.
