I've just sprayed it. Will see how it settles on me. First impression floral and fresh clean smell.
Totally agree with you - I found it dried down to be powdery.
I just bought the floral bomb which is a bit heavier but lovely

This is a beautiful fragrance. A definite winner. It has a sophisticated feel about it. Classic and clean. Not overpowering. I could wear this all year different seasons. I keep getting wafts of fragrance which is beautiful. Powdery and floral. Hint of grapefruit and rose. I think a versatile fragrance from day to evening. I need to grab another one for the office! Thank you @Samki for your review that tempted me.

These were in one of my Aldi's today. Some reduced items and perfumes I was not aware of. I got blush and meadow.

Good spot, Snowstorm. The perfumes sound nice if they are not too heady for me. They do look nice now I see they are perfumes - I would probably have seen them in store and thought they were Aldi’s version of Zoflora otherwise!

I don’t know the Gucci Flora range they are said to be dupes of - well I have seen them but not tried them. Hope you like what you bought. Please let us know. Meanwhile, these are descriptions in the press..

Valentine’s Day Special Buys (Thursday 6th February)

Bouquet range (of three) Eau de Parfum 100ml £6.99 = Gucci Flora range 100ml £135
  • Lacura Blush Bouquet (pink bottle) : pear blossom, sweet red berries and Italian mandarin; floral heart of gardenia, jasmine, and frangipani; a base of 'earthy’ patchouli. Dupe : Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia
  • Lacura Meadow Bouquet (green bottle) : mandarin and bergamot, balanced with a touch of black pepper; bouquet of jasmine, jasmine sambac, magnolia, and damask rose blossoms; base of Australian sandalwood, benzoin, and patchouli. Dupe : Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine
  • Lacura Spring Bouquet (yellow bottle) : delicate floral sweetness of vanilla orchid, enhanced by a touch of airy freshness; warm, comforting base of vanilla. Dupe : Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid

Were these advertised for 6th Feb??
If I'd known I would've gone today as I had some spare time this afternoon.

Thank you for your work Andi! Do you have the link for the press please?

Hi M. I didn't know anything about these either until Snowstorm reported what she’d found today. I can’t find the press release or anything from Aldi themselves, but quite a few national and regional papers did articles in the last 24 hours or so and speak as if the perfumes are just available so I’m assuming, it being a Thursday (yesterday) which is one of the usual days, they came in stock then?

I couldn't find anything in the press yesterday, but I did this morning. And it's already on ebay, doh!
I can see that they used the same bottles they use for JM dupes.

Do you think the allocations are split and not all branches receive these offers?

It does seem that way. As we have discussed on here a few times, some of us never see certain items in our local store, some see them ahead of the date Aldi say they’re available, some spot them by accident weeks later in a display with toys or kettles or some other random item. I feel it has got worse and hoped it would settle down and become less haphazard after the busy Xmas/NY period but I’m not sure it has yet.

I've now checked the leaflets for this week and the next and couldn't see these, and I'm quite sure they were not advertised previously.
And you are so right Andi, they can easily be mistaken for Zoflora. Aldi has been constantly underdelivering on special buys and may be that's why they don't advertise some products if they are not sure they can make it.

I think this is true, especially the last bit.

I am not keen on unpredictability - I like to have a good idea what will be available and when, so I can read up in advance and so I don’t have wasted trips (it’s a bit of a trek for me). Those Flora perfumes, for example - if I had happened to visit and had seen them, I would not have wanted to buy in case it was a mistake - or I might have bought some and regretted it.

Just returned from Aldi none of the so called new offers are there, just odds and ends of last weeks. Also no one near me round the Lidil box it seems they didn't get any!!!
