I purchased this item, returned it within two days. Reason: screen kept freezing and would not rotate. Duly received credit within a few days. However I requested the return of the p&p paid and the return p&p paid. IW have e-mailed to say they are putting a credit on my account for part of this. No good to me as might not order before the time limit is up. I have again emailed them and after 4 days still waiting for a response. I know their call centre is not based in the UK but does it really take 4 days to receive and respond. Very frustrated. :angry:
 
I should be fuming!
If the item is clearly faulty, which it was, then both P&Ps should be refunded in the form of payment back to your debit card Not credited to your account.
