3 EZ Pay on everything? Sorry but that's a lie!

Everything I've tried to buy today has not been available on EZ pay, despite there being a big banner at checkout saying EZ pay in 3 on everything. Well it just isn't on everything. Can QVC advertise something that isn't available? I didn't think they could, but they are. These were all gardening items and it wasn't because of advanced order because some of those were on EZ pay but the things I wanted were not. So I've shopped elsewhere.

Have you tried to add the code manually?

After you've pressed CHECKOUT under the Order Summary column is the following: + Add a promotional code.

Click on the + and enter ALL3EZ and click on SAVE.

A green banner should appear at the top of the page stating that the code has been added.

The last couple of items I ordered said Easy Pay is not available on this item and I added the code myself.

if its in stock & not advanced orders you need to use the code ALL3EZ to get it on easy pays & they do state that

I used Q cut to order the Kuhn Rikon jar openers. Now 3 easy pay can be offered on the Qcut line but,although it was shown on the channel I was viewing, it didn't come up on the site or phone.

Yes I've tried adding the code manually at checkout but it comes up Code Invalid. Underneath the product it says this item is unavailable on EZ pay. I thought it was because an item was on advanced orders but I've ordered RJ's plants on advanced order and I got EZ pay on those.

I looked into this further and the 3 EZ pays on everything showing on the checkout page refers to you buying at least 3 items. Well I might have done that if there was one P&P charge per order. I still think it's a bit misleading though.

Are you talking about the ALL3EZ code?

Yes. When the things I wanted to buy weren't available on EZ pay I read the bit about buying at least 3 items.

You have misunderstood it, it is saying opt in at checkout for easy pay on an item. Or if you are buying multiple items you can use code ALL3EZ to get 3 easy pay. It is not saying you have to purchase 3 items.

Well maybe I have misunderstood but stating "3 EZ pay on everything" means everything in my book. When I tried to opt in and use the code at checkout it said the item wasn't available on EZ pay. I think the Thompson and Morgan pond was one of the items. Not that I'm devastated or anything, if I can't have it just now then I can't have it.

I've just looked at the pond now and there are 3 EZ pays on it. Obviously it's just me but I'm sure that wasn't there before otherwise I'd have bought it.

Everything I've bought recently has had the box on the payment page to tick for 3 payments

I am not a fan of easy pay, and it was a nuisance as when I went to pay and with easy pay you had to click not to use it.
Now, you have to click to use easy pay, but I still make sure to pay attention when buying.

To be honest, easy pay stresses me out as okay with first payment but then just want the rest of them gone. Yes, I know you can phone up and just pay the rest in one go. But, I don't trust QVC not to keep taking, and I don't notice.
