£9.99 P&P on jewellery yesterday....

Was interested in the moissanite deal of the day yesterday but the £9.99 P&P really put me off - interesting when you start looking at the P&P and comparing it with Gems and Bid up who are both lower and more competitive - come on ideal!

RM prices are super pricey right now - on a moissanite delivered via SD with insurance will cost around £7 for the postage alone, although someone like IW will have discounting. This said, I have a friend who moves thousands of parcels a week with RM, and the discount is not that great.
