i use SBC alot ... i love the Arnica gel. i often wake up with a stiff neck, ( need to buy a decent Northern Nights pillow next lol ) and the arnica works really well... cream didn't work and it was expensive to use for such a large area. I also get bruises on mylegs alot and find the bruising...

Yes, they already charge OTT for P&P considering the courier only gets paid 50p per parcel ... and i never get my QVC by post

I have worked for Hermes and the handheld device does have options to put where parcel is left. The customers i had were quite often regulars , who asked for parcel to be left in greenhouse, garage or left with neighbour etc.. and a card left stating that and the same entered onto the handheld...
