    I totally disagree with gifts for teachers, or any other person as part of their job. I as a civil servant operated under very strict rules anything above a cheap advertising item like a diary had to be reported and returned. My profession learnt the hard way how toxic gifts in the work place...

    Food items on QVC

    Im not tempted to buy food from QVc or anyone else, but then we live in an area that has so many supermarkets and local shops. Our meat is from a local butcher superb quality, maybe we are lucky to have local shops large number of greengrocers too near at hand

    If the item was faulty its not a case of no problem its covered by the Direct Selling Regulations which is an addition to the Sale of Goods Act See Which guide to Distance selling Regulations and who bares the cost of faulty goods returns

    I hate the way post and packing is ignored by the presenters, I find myself shouting at the telly its not £20 its £25 you include post and packing.

    If a saless person spent an hour telling me about on trend this years look etc, a question I would ask is ' so why if your products are so good so comfortable cover every need why arnt you wearing them ? Forty years as a buyer makes yoiu ask awkward questions
