I did have to persevere and fiddle with timings for some time with mine. My microwave is 900 watts and quite recent so maybe that does make a difference. I do quite like it though and probably use it 2-3 times per week (when I remember!! 🤣).

I have one. Not exactly the same, but very similar. It is pretty good and does do pretty much what they say it does, but you do need a bit of trial and error with timings for different power microwaves and thicknesses of food. I use mine a lot!
