I take antidepressants AND use a SAD lamp with no problems. In fact one of the treatments for SAD is antidepressants so I really don't understand the problem. I love my light. I'd sleep all day in the winter without it.

Has anyone tried the once a day factor 10 on sale for 4.99 in Aldi. I know it's low SPF, but I do like a body tan. (Hangs head and watches out for AY and Ultrasun lady).

I've got really funny about heavy shoes these days as well. It never used to bother me, and I lived in big old clodhoppers like Doc Martens. I'm still attracted to big shoes, but reject out of hand anything heavy. Hope yours didn't cost a fortune to return!

Thanks for the top tip! Bought some of the BB cream this afternoon. Tried a bit on the back of my hand and was concerned it looked a bit bandagy pink/Brown, but within a couple of minutes it had settled nicely to a good colour and a lovely matte finish. Lovely.
