I think Carol is hysterical but I also have to turn her down when she gets over excited! I prefer Barry and Jamie but mainly because Carol's prices are consistently higher for the same items.....

I can only echo these sentiments. Over the weekend she suggested someone buy chains from a high street store rather than CR and I had to say something. I said simply that the chat isn't the forum to suggest alternatives to Rocks. There was no reply. I know that resellers have to buy somewhere...
