I have never had this problem with Rocks & Co. They have never taken a payment from me till the day the item is dispatched. I have also only had 1 delivery delayed and no payment was taken until the item was sent. Very sorry to hear that you have had a problem with them as imho their products...

I sent them on the 27th Jan! This was under the old contract with Maker Mends though, the new paper work now says that the cost is £16 no matter what the re-size up or down and a turn around of 10 days! I sent more rings last week so I will see if they stick to this 10 days.

I know, ah well never mind! At least these were the silver rings I sent and not my gold ones. Maybe it's just water retention, that's what I always tell myself when things get bigger!!!!!! :3:

Just thought that I would upate you all, I had my first lot of re-sized rings back today from Maker Mends and they are perfect. Lets hope the next lot come back just as good. I did have them sized down so I cannot comment on their sizing up.

I love their tanzanian ruby and I too don't care if they have been treated etc, they look stunning. I have a ring and earrings. Buy some, get it home and have a look at it, after all that is what the 10 day money back is for. I think you'll love them. :1: Let us know what you decided to do

Maybe they just buy in the cheaper silver rings and keep the more expensive gold pieces exclusive to Rocks. Make sense money wise to do it that way I guess!
