I watched Dean Wilson and Bev Hare last night on the (now) STV overnight slot. A lot more pratting about than the quite staid ITV slots, if you're into that sort of thing.
If there are enough complaints, then the ASA can make a referral to Ofcom, which has statutory powers. Indeed, that's what was going to happen to Bid TV, but they collapsed before Ofcom actually completed any investigation.
