the way I try to deal with buying from QVC is to ask myself if I would buy it if it was for sale on a market stall....that usually helps!

yeah, I must admit I am sceptical about relying on the "contact us" format as I've sent them a message using that form in the past and never got a response...is there any other way of emailing them directly ?

I'm definitely going to start emailing them under DSR..I just worked out that in the last 6 months alone I've lost approx £25 in unclaimed postage....I think it's really poor customer service that you have to keep checking and chasing them up for the P&P refund, even after you've emailed them...

looks like we'll be seeing that nail buffer gadget soon on QVC re-branded by LD!

wot a mare....the only reason I can think for them rejecting these reviews is because they may no longer be accurate if/when QVC increase the price of the kit/item?? (ie value for money may longer be relevant) just a thought....

I know it's been said before, but I find QVC CS really annoying with the way they follow their ludicrous script when you 'phone them..it's so unnatural and stilted and gets me annoyed before I've even started with my query... I phoned them today as I received the wrong item....I know mistakes...

Bags, that really drives me mad!....so I try and get them to do the security question (PIN no.) before I start my enquiry....I don't think they like deviating from their script though...it's not just QVC who do this.... :devil:

Ideal World presenters are so much more down to earth...shame their product range is so carp!
