I've always found them very good at replacing items and they will refund the postage too if something is faulty or broken in transit. I send things back by special delivery so I can track the item. I've never had an issue

I love malachite and have several pieces, but the two rings they have just shown with lurid green and pink enamelling (in gold tone of course) are definitely an acquired taste! I mean, its great that its not a jadeite show, but...!

I always think they are overpriced in the launch show. I can't understand why some of it wasn't in silver, rather than that gold (yellow) coating that seems to be on everything they are selling right now.
