Well with Q you have to be very selective. The fashion is generally polyester and cheap looking. But that’s what Q have to do to appeal to a wide selection of people. I myself have returned many items but kept the occasional thing. Nowadays I rarely bother .

I had the same problem a few months ago with Q and Santander. I called the bank but my card was OK. Customer service told me to ring my bank. It turned out to be the added security needed.It took weeks before I could order.
