I don’t understand that either. The Prai neck cream didn’t pill on me but it made my neck sticky which I didn’t like. I now use an aloe vera cream and that’s not sticky and sinks in and is definitely working although, thankfully, my neck wasn’t too bad to start with.

During the presentation they said that Tefal spare parts will be available for about 15 years if it goes wrong, I doubt that Lidl will have the same offer. Even if it’s a Beldray model then getting spare parts for it might be more difficult as Lidl are selling it.
