If it helps, I looooove the Cassidy bracelet. The beads are so tactile and the perfect size. Personally I find the Alfie a bit heavy and chunky, but I do have slender wrists. I have the Cassidy in three colours - coffee, coral and multi grey - and I wish I had more!

But the point of the electronic signature system is you can view the signature online and it should be attached to the tracking number of the item you're signing for. QVC are an exception here because they don't provide the customer with a tracking number upon despatch, but most retailers do...
