Mine came yesterday and I used the balm essential last night. I have used it in the past (& I'm a bit worried as I'm sure it brought me out in spots but thought I would give it another go!) Quick question - How many times a week do we use it at night? Is it once a week>?

Is anyone having problems watching the product videos? I haven't been able to watch them for months - I can hear what they are saying but the picture keeps going all funny so can't see it. I can watch it live on the computer and I can also watch the beauty channel so its just the product...

Well I've just got off the phone with CS and they've just said that I have got the correct pumps and you need to push very hard and turn!! lol!! How condesending I'm not that dim they just don't fit! I ended up laughing down the phone! Why am I the only one where they are not sending or saying...

um I just had to phone CS again as noone contacted me following my email. When I spoke to Customer services, she said that ojon had said they had sent the correct pumps!!! They are supposed to be contacting me within 3days hmmmmmm!! I said I had seen that others had the wrong pumps so lets...

They wouldn't take my easy pay voucher at the call centre (she said they had been told not to!!! GRRR) so I said to put me through to customer services - I was ready for an argument but he put it through no probs!! lol!!

Love BB eyeliner, I bought the violet/ivy eyeliner set. Yes they are more black based but I personally wouldn't want a bright colour eyeliner. You still get to see the colour but it is more of a hint. I also like the smash box colours, the jet set I wear in the waterline and I didn't think...

I bought the safari item and it got quickly returned, the hinges were eithe broken or broke quickly and it just wasn't my cup of tea. Shame really as I loved watching her shows lol!!

I think there are two types, ordinary and pro. I have seen JK in Boots but think it is the lower priced one, the most expensive one is sold in Space NK but thought I read it was getting dropped?!?
