I had one once and you have to send the whole set back!! as wasn't sure which belonged to which set etc I didn't bother either.

I read somewhere too you don't want the water too cold in the pot, room temp is better to add the powder to.

me too just did it again and has gone through, some items sold out but had to find and alternative:eek: My DD loves my bags, have got her a ballu bag and visit purse in pink crush for xmas! ( she's 5 and needs lots of bags!!!:rolleyes:) Also got a bag for my niece for xmas.

The TSV looked nice, love the seafoam colour, just got no money and loads of other bags already!! It is going on my wishlist though along with a few others:eek:

Yes I don't have to hold my phone and keys they go in my bag, I then have my hands free to hold 2 lunch bags, book bags and a scooter:eek: LOL

I bought the last TSV too the little purse bag, use it everyday to run to school, shops etc, it's great!
