I noticed the measurement issue before. You would think that would be something important to consider when designing it. Cabin luggage wise, I have those very light cases, can't remember the name but you'll know which I mean, and they have been brilliant.

You just need to send an email to customer services saying 'DSR return'. If you go to the customer care bit at the top right of the home page and follow the bits about returns. You do have to pay postage back but in this case it may be worth trying to ask for a prepaid label as it's been...

Yes, it went to Birmingham, somewhere else, then Preston before it was in the right place. Had another that showed as being delivered but returned to depot as faulty. I never saw it and had to contact retailer to chase (not qvc).
