QVC are correct in that they have no obligation to refund unless you have proof of delivery ie Recorded Service. Certificate of Posting however allows you to claim from Royal Mail. I'm actually quite impressed with QVC for a change!

Funny isn't it because I used a small bottle of the wash and whilst pleasant to use didn't really see any difference after use. Yet others seem to rave about it.

Admit I have some of this unopened (destined for ebay!) and had a feeling it just wasn't for me. Still not sure it is but fascinated to read your reports. Regarding Decleor oils, I love them. Neroli is pleasant but my absolute favourite now is the Excellence.

If it can be soft, voluminous and moisturising then I will be a happy gal. Sounds a bit too much to ask though for my rubbish hair but I keep looking for the perfect product!
