Often people double post because they have missed a previous post so how about categorising the forum to make it easier to navigate? So perhaps TSV's, Product Reviews, Customer Service, General, etc? That or just give people the facility to search like other forums?

I'm reasonably sure that QVC US do have this facility on theirs.

I've long suspected that the TSV's take priority in the warehouse because they are usually shipped quicker. Not surprising really as they must clear a big space and be quite simplistic in packing terms because they are identical.

My TSV orders have typically been arriving in two days recently which is a vast service improvement.
