my Bamix is playing up just 2-3v months after it came. HAas anyone else had problems? My mayo just won't mix and the sugar won't grind down.

i bought a bamix 2-3 months ago, and all of a sudden, it isn't working properly. my mayo is like water despite the fact it was perfect the first few times. Has anyone else had problems?
