I had the same experience with a kipling bag- stunk to high heaven. I got a prepaid label...but this still counts as a return on your account. I was pretty mad about receiving this, it felt dirty somehow.

None of the clothing I sent back was worn-simply tried on , hated , packaged up and sent back the next day or within the week. Labels on.....and I don't have B.O or a stinking house (unlike the person who obviously sent a kipling bag back that is amongst my returns cos I then received it and it...

You are so right. Thanks. I used to buy all my stuff from next and M&S. Going to grab my self a nice coffee and choccie biccy as house is quiet for once.....and check them out........cos I have got MONEY TO SPEND (can you hear me QVC? )

Warn me more like....:sweat: I think I buy from QVC because I am a busy working Mum and don't want to spend hours trawling round the shops on what little leisure time I have. I have tried to purchase clothes from QVC and that is what has rocketed my returns...........because they don't fit...

I am not going to ring them - I guess because of this forum I was aware of 'The letter'..I never used to return stuff but was aware I had begun to because I was not satisfied with what I was receiving. They haven't called me as my phone registers calls...so they are misleading me...stuff them-...

A chat. "We have recently attempted to call you in order to discuss your account with us here at QVC but have not been successful. We would like to spend a few minutes discussing our current returns policy. We would appreciate if you could at your convenience contact the finance...

Just checked and since the beginning of November I have ordered 10 items. I have kept 6 and sent back 4...so what is the problem? No idea? but the letter has probably done me a favour.

I agree and would not dream of taking the p*ss like that...but I suspect many do and I can understand why they have to safe guard their business. Still miffed though!:wonder:

I have had 'The Letter'...........have to admit that recently I have sent quite a bit back. Mostly clothes that when they come are dire! Should have learnt long ago that I was never going to be satisfied with the stuff. Everything I have sent back has been unworn with label on. No make up on...

I used to receive round robins from a couple of people and yes they can make you feel a bit inadequate.........I don't get them any more because that fantastic husband with the hugely successful business worked so hard that he had no time for the marriage...... and that extremely talented wife...

moral of the story is don't buy clothes from qvc

Just saw an advert on Living TV- there is to be a fly on the wall show about Harald Glookler (sp)...not sure if it is a series:sun: December 13th

I saw him in concert recently....cheesy but such a good laugh.....a real entertainer.:grin:
