Finally received an answer. They have said 500 orders are still waiting to be delivered and mine is one of them. So looks like another two week wait.

I can't remember the date when I ordered but feels like ages ago now. I emailed them over the weekend as September has certainly come and gone but I've had no reply. I sent another email off this morning. Pleased you have received yours at least they must still be sending them out.

Personally I use Hermes everyday they collect or I drop off at the shop. I find the service really good and better than Royal Mail and I have never had a problem. But.....when returning things to Q it takes forever! I believe this is a problem with Q's returning system they have in place and not...
