I don't think you can cancel orders online whether it's advanced orders or waitlist. Call up Customer Service and cancel with them. Then be sure to check your account to see if they make a change in the status. I don't know if QVC sends out an email in such a change, probably not.

Great idea with the enlarged photocopy of the Returns Slip as I write on there to 'please refund P&P as item is returned under DSR'. Either they can't/don't/won't read it and to get that bit in the space I have to write fairly small. Doesn't encourage those in charge of returned goods to read it...
