Thanks for the feedback guys. For some reason I thought the spray was treatment rather than fixing a hairstyle... not sure about it, it might all fall down to how good the price is for me...

I got mine this morning and I am very impressed. I haven't tried anything yet as I want to finish what products I have on the go before I make a start on these new ones. However, I couldn't resist and opened the famous (or as Jill Franks would say, the infamous) PCMC and I must say it does smell...

Thanks, I thought that too and I am a bit disappointed as the treatment is what I was mainly after. I have never tried anything else in the range, yet, so I'm not sure if the rest of the kit would be any good for me. I will need to have a think about this TSV...:rolleyes:

I agree, I think the ridiculous P&P is losing QVC tons of sales (well, from me at least!:D). If so many other, smaller internet retailers can afford to provide lower prices + next day delivery which is either very reasonably priced or indeed FREE, why can't QVC? I have started to notice more...

I think you're right, but whatever the rationale is, it doesn't look like a clever one to me: a marketing/promotion measure that causes resentment and disappointment to a good proportion of loyal customer is a silly idea in my book...
