Clarisonic Mia is a smaller version (kind of like a "Travel" version) and would only do the face, not the body. Depends how fussed you are about the body brush bit I guess. Regarding the US version, can't think why it would be any different, but I'd check what voltage it uses as some USA stuff...

I'm sure mine only takes 2 minutes in total? As I've had mine ages, I can't remember if it originally had instructions on how to adjust the timings?

I've used my Clarisonic with both Elemis and Liz Earle. What I do is wet the Clarisonic, give it a shake to get the majority of the moisture off, then put a bit of the cleanser on the brush head, then pop it on the skin and turn on, then move the brush around. I tend to use mine in the shower...

To be honest, I don't find the postage on this item particularly unreasonable. It's clearly big and bulky and wont' be cheap to send. I find having to pay £3.45 P&P just for a tube of make up much more insulting!
