We worked out that we would have to recharge it 5 times to cut our lawn. A charge takes 1.5 hours so that’s 7.5 hours charging plus 3.5 hours cutting - 11 hours! We do have a big lawn and that is not the fault of QVC but if we had taken the 1000 sq m seriously it would be their fault.

We were looking for a new mower as our petrol one blew up last weekend. 1000 square meters seemed promising and we were tempted until I saw that the battery lasts about 35 mins. It normally takes us well over 2 hours to cut our lawn - so no good at all. But thanks for working this out...

Sometimes you can’t check the brands own website as they don’t have the ingredients either especially if a new product eg the Elemis Rose Cleansing balm. If qvc launches a new product or one made exclusively for them they should take responsibility and list the ingredients!

Margaret Dabbs reminds me of Jean Marsh’s character Rose in Upstairs Downstairs. It sort of fits - MD ‘downstairs’ with the feet of the rich who are ‘upstairs’ on the couch!

Thanks Vienna. I am still waiting to hear from Elemis but you are probably right that the ingredients will be much the same as the original. I will try out the Pure one though from M&S. I love cleansing balms.

Does anyone know if the Rose Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is vegan? I know the original isn't. The QVC website des not list the full ingredients and I have emailed Elemis customer services who are usually very helpful but I suspect the weather means people are not in the office. If it is vegan I...

Kathy doesn't look great in the video - agreed. Its a shame as she has lost a lot of weight lately and generally looks great at the moment. Not sure how old this video is.

I think QVC's argument for using postage to pay for the 'free' phone ordering is a bit lame - I never order by phone - always online and I suspect many others do too. The only time I use the phone is the rare call to customer services. It is with regard to clothes that the postage really adds...

I don't mind paying some postage but the charges made by QVC for a single item are often quite high and when multiple items are ordered the postage really adds up. It would be great if they did something like Ideal World with a capped p&p when more than one item is ordered.

It looked great on Pipa, Jackie and Jill F - all very slim but not so good on the guest. I've been watching IW who have been showing the Nicole one that is similar and the Irish presenter who used to guest fashion on QVC has been wearing it and looks good - she often says she is 16/18.
