Hi Fran, as far I understood the warranty is for 6 months not 30 days! e mail CS manager and see what they say. TJC will say they check the item to see if it is wear and tear or faulty. I suggest you take photos to show that the fastener actually broke. Hope they sort it out for you.

Wasn't aware of the new changes Argey (have no reason to watch), but didn't they do the same when rocks was on? 1 item check out then if you were a good customer you had a limit on the basket before having to check out. I am just gald I don't buy from them anymore!!

Thats not good PP, hope they manage to sort it out for you. I recently won a few auctions too (3 different days) I have received 2 orders and the third one is on its way. Its annoying and frustrating if you don't receive the items specially if they were at a bargain price!

I agree with LM. If a web site display an item for £0.00 and lets you place an oder than I can't see why the customer is at fault!
