Totally agree with all the comments and would add that in regard to silver jewellery the prices even for old stock seem to have increased and the new stock is significantly more expensive and over hyped with the results that those who know gemstones are returning them as they are either too pale...

Most of the younger presenters on The Lounge were all moved to the dead of night shifts,which is a shame as they had more personality and had built rapor with the customers, which means nothing to the gems management,they just dont seem to get it and think the customers wont get fed up with it...
