Thanks for saying that Marzy. I got an Akin rosehip oil and thought it was off as it stank. So I mixed my own blend with others and diluted it so the stink would go but was worried about it being off.

Exactly my point, your Sister is one of the people I am talking about. Just because others do not use cheques does not meean everyone doesn't, and that said those people who do still use them may not have someone else to get things for them.

As I said in my original post I understand why they did it but there are still people out there who do not trust cards and still do everything by cheque. For those people it is saying we don't need your custom which I personally find very arrogant of them.

I am in shock what will I do now? Way to go QVC alienating a lot of people who do not use cards. I know they have probably done it to stop us using it as a cooling off period but still what ever happened to the customer is always right? I will be buying much less now I can't hold it and check...

Love this range and get the TSV regardless of what is in it and just work through them all. My only worry is that the prices will start to climb the more popular it gets as happens with most everything on QVC.
