It's back again! Yes, it's Kevinski's pride and joy, and the proverbial boomerang of the watch world, the Mathey-Tissot Edmond Limited Edition Watch. I've lost count how many times it has 'sold out', only to return a few weeks later. It's become a real timeless classic...in the sense that he...

It's reassuring to know that if you need some technical assistance after taking delivery of your Mathey-Tisot watch, technical guru Kevinski will be on hand to answer any queries. An example was given of a customer wanting to know how to adjust a strap. What sort of advice could we expect from...

On today's pie maker show, Joe Remblance made reference to a 'pie sandwich'. He didn't say who had recommended such an unusual concoction, but my money is on Big Brodder's. It's not hard to imagine him enjoying one as an early morning snack...

A few minutes into the Call Blocker show, Howard revealed the two things that really annoy him: nuisance calls, and dog poo on the pavement. You have to hand it to him, it doesn't matter what he's selling, he nearly always manages a reference to his favourite subject.

He does seem to be a little too relaxed, and there's just a touch of the Rab C Nesbitt about him. That said, I don't think you're allowed to present on Ideal World without some obvious peculiarity.

I recall someone on the the forum recounting a Kevinski classic, concerning a factory being reopened just so he could take delivery of some more watches (might have been the £1150 Edmund). He really takes the mickey with those tales, and I do wonder if there's a few in-house giggles at the end...

You could well be right about this tactic...it's hard to keep up with such multi-layered shysterism:confused: I do find Kevinski strangely compelling; as far as guests go, I think he's top of the schlocks.

Although there’s currently no website listing for the ‘perpetual’ timepiece that is the £1150.00 Mathey Tisot Edmund watch, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Kevinski doesn’t turn up with his ‘reserve’ stock at some point. Call me a cynic, but could his precious handful of just four watches be...

Another example of Kevinski's 'incredible' deals: I found the Vostok Energia watch on this website https://russia2all.com/products/vostok-europe-energia-2-nh35-575c280. Ideal are selling it for £829.00; Vostok Europe are selling it (including the collector's box and 2yr warranty) for £697.22p...

Despite having 'sold out' on more than one occasion, the £1150 Mathey Tisot timepiece has mysteriously returned... On its last airing, Kevinski was quite adamant that it was "first come, first served" and he urged viewers to take advantage of the incredible price. There was a visible relief...

Sally Jacks had quite a tale for the viewers on yesterday's furniture show. She rattled on about the deadline for Christmas delivery with furniture retailers, and how it would be almost impossible to get a sofa delivered before this time. She had managed it, but you wouldn't be so...

After hearing how a mobility scooter had transformed the the life of one of Ideal’s customers, Shaun claimed that he had become ‘quite emotional’-almost reduced to tears, according to his fellow presenter on today’s Lugie show. I wonder if Shaun might extend some of that trademark empathy to...

    Last rites for Ideal

Given that this pitiful channel is clearly on its last legs and can’t be long for the world of broadcasting, the time has surely come for Peter Vollebregt to renounce his love of hoovers and heaters and reprise his role as Father Dominic (a character he played in a soap opera). He can then get...

I might reconsider the "Cruise With Shaun" if I could be guaranteed the following:- 1) Having my picture taken with Shaun and his mam, who would both be in the altogether. 2) Shaun and Beefikeefi to provide a naked waiter service to Mrs Ranger. 3) Shaun hosts a 'no holds barred' question and...

It was touch and go last night whether the ordinary punters would get a look in with the Vostok watches. At one point Peter Simon declared that the collectors had been ‘bulk buying’, grabbing up to five watches in one go! Perhaps that’s why Kevinski congratulates Ideal viewers when they’ve...

    In need of manual labour

Mrs Ranger happened to catch Shaun Crawley masterfully kneading a pillow on one of the recent mattress shows. It was her first viewing of Ideal’s luxury 'expert', as she tends to avoid the shopping channels. A few minutes of his sickly insincerity was quite enough for her:“There’s a man in need...

    Well Well Well, Richard Mire.........

I find Mr Dire, sorry Mire, to be one of those instantly dislikeable characters, there being a palpable "Gimme the Money!" aspect to his presentations. He often uses the line about a certain London store (clearly Hamleys) selling the same product for a much higher price...yet it turns out-as has...

The very same! For sheer baloney and comedy value, it’s a toss up between this and the Kinkade show.
