QVC make decisions on our accounts based on return rates, as much discussed on this forum. In doing so they dont seem to take any account of why something is 'returned' eg faulty, wrong item sent etc. In this case I didnt return the item - it never arrived with me to be subsequently returned...

You've given me hope that an order i placed which was dispatched on 9th December may yet arrive. It was coming by RM and is only eyeliners so dont know why so long so shouldnt have been a great hardship. I havent given up hope yet!!

The batteries that come with QVC items are usually such cheap'n'nasty ones I have sometimes had to replace them almost immediately! Usually with bogof ones from supermarket!! :happy:
